| Resin from a lemon eucalyptus tree. Very hard - not sticky. I think when this becomes fossilized it's what amber is made from - resin. Not necessarily this tree, but a resin nonetheless. Had to study up on xylem and phloem to explain the difference between sap (mostly water and carbs for the plant) and resin (sticky substance). |  |
