Perfect after a day of hiking...and Dave said that my hair looked like "hiking hair" while I thought it looked quite feminine (slightly wavy, up in a couple clips but mostly down). Maybe it looked more like a tangled bramble of hau bushes from the back, though :) I had him look through it and there was no debris...nice date tonight, sweetie! Thanks to Gramma for the well-timed 90 minute break from "happy hour" when the kids are going nuts.

Perfect after a day of hiking! We sneaked out on a 90-minute date tonight at Formaggio Grill (thanks to Gramma, who had also been out hiking). I asked the waitress for a wine that would taste like a hike in a bottle and she produced this! Amazingly knowledgeable staff there! It was fantastic. While I thought I looked rather feminine, hair loosely caught up in a few clips, Dave goes "Nice hiking hair" as he looked through it for debris! Maybe it looked more like the tangles of hau we saw on the trail vs a nice "do" :0
