Video: Extreme playtime
As I unpacked my temporary desk (a blue plastic accordion file that has been with me for 5 moves), I realized that we are officially settled in. When even the papers have found their permanent resting place, that’s a good sign! I have some nostalgia about that blue accordion file, so I resisted the fleeting urge to throw it out. The elastic ties are worn out and about to break, and it hardly closes anymore, but it’s just one of those things. It has served me well and deserves some rest before being ditched. We also made grilled pizza the last two nights and enjoyed having fresh dough again. Life is regaining some balance and routine after the frenzy of unpacking and remodeling. The next ugly chore is taking boxes to the dump and organizing the garage. We won’t dwell on that thought any longer!
I just remembered that cousin Deborah will be seeing the title of this post float across her RSS feed so she can just click on my latest post as soon as it’s published. Hmmm…I really should post more scintillating things to reward her for diligently reading my trivia!
I’ve watched the video 4 x so far . . . the first three just to see sammypants, and the 4th to catch a glimpse of all the tree planting you’ve been doing! GREAT JOB!
I love sammy’s squeals and I’m glad you let him get dirty! Kiddies need that, imho. Otherwise, they grow up too squeaky clean to adventure out of their comfort zones. So says one gramma, anyway!

ok I want that “RSS feed”!!! Too much fun with the “extreme play”. Gwen LOVES the dogs she smiles evertime she sees them and Lucy can usually get a laugh out of her. Watching the video…I think I’m seeing my future with Gwen! :o)
