sammy enjoys playing with the big boys

Sammy has really enjoyed hanging out with the youngest Uherek – David. They read together in Sam’s pigpen, and David helped friend Sheena babysit today while Dave and I went running. We came back to find them all sprawled on the bed reading. Sam spends 20 min at a time checking out David’s skateboard, sitting on it and rolling around, checking out the wheels. He loves David’s toy cars, trucks and motorcycles, too. David has been so wonderful sharing his room and toys with Sam, and Mr. Pants really loves being with the big boys 🙂 He likes to sit on the sink (see picture above) while brushing his teeth. He likes to do it himself and gets the toothbrush wet every now and then so it’s nice and cold on his gums (cutting molars right now!).

Thanks for all the great updates on all your adventures. That is the strangest duck I have ever seen. Sammy certainly seems to be having a wonderful time. It’s awesome that he has David to share time with him. I found a replacement red truck.. exact duplicate will send along as soon as you get into your place!

I have to say that I am quite jealous of your move! Hawaii looks just amazing and I am hoping to be able to come out and visit soon!!! Mr. Pants is SUPER cute in all these pics, he looks like he’s been there forever. I love that he’s hanging out with the big boys too. By the time i get to see him next, I bet he’s going to be a cool surfer riding the waves!
