Mother’s Day

We had a great time yesterday touring around several islands in the sound with my mom! It was a special way to share Mother’s Day – create memories together! We went to Pt. Townsend, caught a ferry to Whidbey Island, toured beautiful country roads and past stunning views of the Puget Sound on our way to Anacortes, gateway to the San Juan Islands. On our way back we hiked around Deception Pass, with its steep drops to the turquoise waters flowing swiftly through a narrow channel. When we came home, I found a special surprise from Dave and Sammy…a reminder of his appreciation. I often get sad that we miss out on all the family fun! So looking forward to your visit out East!! Cant wait to play with my Pants! PS – you are staying longer than 1 day, right??
