Ben and Sam – mini-me?

Here they are at 3 days old. Don’t they look so similar? Dave and I were having total déjà vu. The view from the hospital room was also very reminiscent of Sam’s birth – grey skies (unusual for here, and certainly for that side of the island), and no palm trees visible, only pines. I was really thrown back in time. As we left the next day, the skies were still grey. We were really reeling – who are we bringing home? Where are we? Did we just have another Sam, separated only by time? I bet you can guess who is who above simply by clothing…but what is different? Anything?
Yeah, similar indeed. What seems to look different to me, I think isn’t so much a difference as a change in camera angle and lighting. You’ve really got me thinking tonight about how my boy will look and what features he may share with his big sister :o)
They look like twins but the newest twin could beat up the older…little more chub in Ben’s face.
