Mom called to look for this recipe today, so I figured I should post it in our “recipe box”…

2oz light rum

1oz orange curacao

1oz orgeat syrup

Juice of 1 lime

Float dark rum on top 

Garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Use decent rum, such as Cruzan. Bacardi would be ok.
